Once RS has your records, each item is tracked through barcode scanning, the exact location is known of all items, not only when the item is onsite or off-site, but anywhere! We can inventory on the box, file, tape and document levels. Creating a service that fits your needs!

Computerized Barcode Technology
Our couriers and warehousemen are equipped with scanners that are linked to our software system. Every item picked up, delivered or moved in the record center is scanned for verification. This history is stored in our database – any question of where a box is or has been, is available to view anytime through our web-based software.

You will have “real-time” access to your records through our state-of-the-art web-based software, at your fingertips, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can view your inventory, place orders with RS, review your retention dates, run reports and much, much more!
